Cucumbers: what are the recommendations?

We (Café Abseits) have made ​​the following experiences: - All vegetables and salads are available in wholesale - We don't change our menu - We sell a little less salad at the pub - We do catering for a kindergarten. This customer does not want fresh salad and vegetables since this week. - Also an enterprise, which we deliver daily, doesn't order salads in the last days. - Many customers ask where our salads and vegetables come from. We anser that we use vegetables and salad from Franconia as our supplier says. The bottom line: It isn't a problem to get salades in the restaurants. But it can change after the first deaths in Bamberg. To my knowledge there was only one case in the vicinity of Bayreuth. And this woman have visited Hamburg. Cuxhaven seems to be the core of the wave of infection.
