| Really nice: these are some of my favourite Franconian Breweries, Except for Brauerei Rothenbach, in Aufsess (that in my opinion produces average beers compared to the other breweries in the area); vollbier from Brauerei Reichold in Hochstahl is better in my opinion, but still not comparable with the other beers. So, beeing in you, having a short time I'll skip these two and I'll surely add Brauerei Stadter in Sachsendorf (for a very nice vollbier in a very nice place) and Brauerei Heckel in Waischenfeld (for a nice hell-vollbier in one of the most radical tap rooms!), beeing Waischenfeld only a two kilometers walk from the wonderful beer of Nankendorf that you can't miss! Of course, the bike is the best way to visit this wonderful area... |
