Great Expectations - latest news

As there is only a little fermentation taking place now, I thought I would see how the FG was going (and also have a sneak taste!). The FG is down to 1010 but think that I wull leave it for a few more days, as there is still a little fermentation going on. As for the taste: very interesting! It is quite nice, quite hoppy, little or no sweetness. Something like an old fashioned Manchester mild but a little stronger. Looking good, guys!
