| Again! Sorry, but this is so unusual. Just looked at the weather in Eschawo and it's very coooold there also. Guess that I might as well spend my winters in Bavaria if it's going to be like this every year. At least you are prepared for the weather (except the trams in Nurnberg). Incidentally, Matt, we were in Bamberg during this week last year and it was very crowded. Didn't rate Xmas Market much, just usual tatt, and pubs were full, specially Schlenkerla. Not just Japanese toursits but local people. Best to forgo food and enjoy the crack in the Schwemm. Actually, I've come to the conclusion that's the best bet for many of the brauerei, particularly if you don't like looking at half a dead pig when you're trying to enjoy your beer! |
