Zoigl Article, Lautering Terminology

In the second link posted by Nick it seems to mention both infusion and decoction mashing. There is a chart there for the decoction mashing process. But I need to translate it to see if one is recommended/preferred over the other. I wonder this about all Franconian breweries. I know some of you have probably toured Brauerei Heller Trum and probably Spezial as well. Did any of you get an explanation of their mashing process?
