In Bamberg now |

| I arrived in Bamberg yesterday morning at 9:23 am by train from Frankfurt airport. It was too early to check in at the Ibis, so I dropped off my luggage and walked to Spezial. :-) I had a couple of Rauchbiers and an Ungespundetes (bottle). Also ate some Ziebelkaes. Mmm. Got back to the hotel around 1 pm, and took a 4 hour nap (had not slept on the flight). I spent the evening on the Dörfleins Kreuzberg (nice view from there) at a BBQ. Drank several bottles of Weiherer Kellerbier there. Tasty. Got back to Bamberg late, so walked over to Stilbruch for a beer nightcap. Might head over to Geisfeld today. |
