Changing the thread slightly. Nick and others -- do you have any favourite bottled Franconian beers? I might pick some up the next time I visit. I know that a good, fresh draft beer does not always mean the bottled version is good. I have had mediocre bottled Schlenkerla in the past, for instance. St Georgen has mostly been OK in the bottle.
