Thanks, that is, for providing me with a great anecdote for the coming Kellersaison--explaining that I know of an Engländer who wants to find Schäufele in England. I don't think it'd be particularly hard to make yourself if you ccould find a nice chunk of pork shoulder. This most excellent, helpful site is run by Fred W.
