Bus from Bamberg to Herrnsdorf and Sambach

During the summer break, the buses run on abbreviated schedules. Looking at the .pdf of this bus 8227, I see only a couple of possibilities. http://www.ovf.de/media/Fpl/8227.pdf (The codes listed on the "Verkehrsbeschränkungen" line define which particular routes do and don't run at which times.) Mon-Thu (not on Fri), you could take the 11.10 to Herrnsdorf (11.45). From there, walk off the butterscotch and sour off-flavors on the way to Sambach, which I believe should take about 45 minutes. Then catch the bus again at 14.15 and choose whether to hop off at the Elsendorf Kreuzung stop in between Elsendorf and Possenfelden, or ride all the way to Schlüsselfeld. Catch the 16.10 back to Bamberg. This could get you to four breweries. Mon-Fri, you could take the 12.15 to Reundorf (12.49), and then with the 14.02 on to Sambach (14.15). This skips Herrnsdorf, of course. Mon-Fri, you could train to Hirschaid, lunch at the brewery there, and then take the 13.51 bus on to Herrnsdorf (14.09). This skips Sambach, however.
