Thanks, as always quite informative. It makes sense based on what the man was telling me that he would be brewing in Eslarn. I don't know how it usually is, but am Feste it was pretty hoppin', according to my notes the beer was from Beim Strohern Zoigl Stum and I really liked it, it was that lovely almost pumpkin color and tasted of grain in what I find a very pleasant way.
