| Maybe that's just a r8beer thing and not an American thing. I don't see the Americans on this forum ever arguing in favor of any drinking and driving at all. Jimbo can tell you that when I rented a car for one of my trips and he rode with me out to Eschawo that I refused to touch a drop which was no easy trick as I was thirsty and we stopped in Pottenstein on the way so Jimbo could sample the fine beers there. I also know talking to Jimbo about it he feels the same way I do. Then there is Fred who seems to never drive in Germany. Again it might be a r8beer thing (or maybe a American r8beer thing) with the motivation to get out to as many remote places as possible and rate their beers. Just a thought. |
