OT: A recipe for Schlenkerla helles

One for you home brewers. This American guy has had a go at brewing just about every style of beer, including some German styles. http://www.donosborn.com/homebrew/Beer_Log2007.htm#smoked_helles He includes detailed recipes, including yeast type and mash schedules. His beer looks better than the stuff I have in some brewpubs.
