Gravity pour (Bayrischer Anstich) |

Felsenkeller, Roßdorf am Forst is CO2 driven, not bayerischer Anstich. Or was up until a year or two ago, anyway, and the lines don't seem as clean as they might be. Sadly. Schmausenkeller is b.A. when the weather's good and the little Ausschank houselet is open, CO2 keg dispense in the big Haus. Of course, Roppelt's Keller in Stiebarlimbach should be noted for serving naturally-carbonated Kellerbier from a squeezed-by-air- pressure 1000L plastic bag. CO2 in the non-Kellersaison Gaststätte, sadly. |
