Well, it's just a dream at this point. I'm not used to doing *real* work! The number one thing is, we want to stay in Erlangen for a number of years yet, where property is a considerably hotter commodity than the countryside or even Nürnberg. We don't really like the idea of trying to start up a business a half hour's drive from home, that would be too much like our old, car-based lifestyle, not like our Franconian lifestyle. (Mrs' 20-minute drive to her job notwithstanding!) There are a few shops in the center of Erlangen available for rent, but I get a bit queasy when I think of dealing with a nosy landlord, not being the owner myself. Vielen Dank für your support!
