I think the point A Harvey was making is that because lager is conditioned and stored so cold, the CO2 from secondary fermentation remains in the beer in the lagering tank, so it's not necessary to prime the cask it's served from like it is with Real Ale, it just needs to be racked, analogue to bright beer. |
