| Well, it was a toss up between visiting the Berlin beer fest and Annafest this summer. And Annafest won. It's a hard life! I expect that accommodation in Forchheim itself is hard to come by at Annafest time. So, I'm thinking of basing myself in Erlangen. Purely because I have visited Bamberg a number of times in the last few years and fancy exploring somewhere new. Any comments/recommendations on Erlangen? Places to stay, local pubs & breweries, beer gardens, trips to breweries in the surrounding countryside. Thanks Mike |
