Horse meat dishes in Bamberg?

Until a few years ago there was a restaurant before the entrance of the Schlachthof Bamberg (slaughter house) with some horse dishes. But this restaurant has closed. I don't know another place in Bamberg. But I have found a map with restaurant with horse meat dishes in Germany: http://www.pferd-und-fleisch.de/pferdeflsh/gast1.htm Horse dishes are more common in France, Belgium, Switzerland. In Germany You find only few farmers with horses for meat, p.e.
