| Hi Fred, hi everybody else! 1.) The long closed "Brauerei Schoberth", Bindlach was re-equipped and went back into service in 1997. Its new name and old address is: "Hochbräu Theta", Bad Bernecker Str. 4, 95463 Bindlach, Tel. 09208/65361. 2.) 1673 founded "Linden-Bräu Reither", Nürnberger Str. 46, 90559 Burgthann-Oberferrieden, Tel. 09183/950770. Since a couple of years the beer is contract brewed, but so it is at other breweries, too. No reason not to add the brewery to the list. 3.) What about "Gambrinus" at Unterhaid? Okay, contract brewed, but see above... :-) Otherwise all contract breweries had to be thrown out of the list to get it all logical, right?! Bad idea. Cheers Jürgen Wening |
