Bamberg here we come!

Hi Franconian Beer Guiders! Ok, so I've finally decided that we are going to Bamberg. After 57 trips to Belgium I reckon its time we found out if there's any decent beer over the border, and as everyone has been banging on about Bamberg we're headed there and it better be bloody good after all the hype.... Anyway, could I be so bold as to ask a few bits of advice: 1) Is there a German rail timetable website that someone could point me to? 2) How far/long are the train trips from Munich and Nuremberg to Bamberg/ 3) We will have 8 nights available. How many should we spend in each of Bamberg, Nuremberg and Munich? Is there anything beery in Nuremberg? 4) I need a good hotel in Bamberg. Others who know me know that I like a decent place and don't mind paying a bit more for it. All recs happily received. Will leave it at that for now & thanks in advance for any help Cheers Jeremy
