 I love beer but just like drinking it. This place was nearly full on a Sunday at noon. They had lager beer on tap and others only with a bottle. I had two lager beers. Good. Nice. Typical Franconian place except everybody at our table agreed the food was better than we expected. If you're in Buttenheim to visit the breweries there, it is well worth the jaunt up to Brauerei Sauer for another beer and some good food.
